&lt;blockquote&gt;is logical, internally consistent, and that deftly avoids the problems that I've discussed in my (your) two recent posts.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
That ended up being one of the main purposes of the paper, so I am glad to see that it accomplishes that goal.  I am interested to see the response of both critics of the term and proponents of the broader definition.
